Pastor's Pen

August 10th & 13th

It's never too late to change, and for God to move! So many times we say we are waiting on the Lord to move, to do something, to help, to lead, to guide. The good news is it's never too late for God. The question is, are you willing to change things in your life so He can move? God said He never changes. We need to be willing to change. Changing our thoughts, talking and attitudes can make a world of difference in our lives. But are we willing to change? Luke 6:46-48 says, "But why do you call me Lord, and do not do the things which I say? Whoever comes to me, and hears my sayings and does them, I will show you whom he is like; he is like a man building a house, who dug deep and laid the foundation on the rock. And when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently against the house, and could not shake it, for it was founded on the rock." When your foundation is built on Jesus Christ you will not be shaken. But we have to be willing to change, hear His sayings and do them.

Just a thought: Money should not affect your words, but your words will affect your money.

Love and Blessings,

Pastor Ted & Jan
